A mother of three children forced her 14-year-old adopted daughter to become pregnant by using donor sperm she ordered from the Internet, according to The Guardian. The mother bought the donor sperm for her daughter and requested the daughter deliver her a fourth child.
A judge in a family division described the situation as “wicked and selfish,” according to The Guardian. The mother wanted the adopted daughter to provide her with another child because the mother could not adopt more children.
The mother had three adopted children, but she wanted another child. The daughter started inseminating herself at age 14. The mother asked the daughter to conceive and she gave birth at age 16 after a miscarriage.

The Guardian reported that the daughter “allowed her body to be used by her mother because she loves her.” The daughter told the press she was not “brave enough” to not follow her mother’s instructions.
