Rezanka to Lead Dean Mead’s Viera/Melbourne Office

Florida law firm Dean, Mead, Egerton, Bloodworth, Capouano & Bozarth P.A. recently announced Kim Bonder Rezanka’s new role as the Managing Shareholder of the firm’s Viera/Melbourne office. Rezanka will oversee 22 attorneys, legal professionals, and administrative staff. Rezanka joined Dean Mead in 2001, and currently serves on the firm’s Board of Directors and is Chair of the Real Estate Development Industry Team.

Florida Today reports that Rezanka will be succeeding R. Mason Blake, who served as the Managing Shareholder for the Viera/Melbourne office for 11 years. Blake is stepping down to return to practicing law full-time.

The firm credits Rezanka with contributing to the growth in the Viera/Melbourne office, where she has represented businesses and individuals in contract matters and government activities. Outside of Dean Mead, Rezanka serves as legal counsel to the Home Builders & Contractors Association of Brevard and is on the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee.

“Kim has a proven track record of leadership in our Viera/Melbourne office,” said Marc Chapman, president of Dean Mead. “She has been very effective in her role and has received a much deserved vote of confidence from the shareholders. We are confident that under her leadership, Dean Mead will continue to thrive.”

“This appointment is a great honor for me,” said Rezanka. “Dean Mead has provided me with a wealth of experience and direction during my professional career, and I am privileged to have the opportunity to give back to the firm through this leadership role.”
