We reported that troubled former star Amanda Bynes was arrested Thursday for smoking a joint in her apartment lobby while carrying on a conversation with herself. What we didn’t report was her side of the story, that she was not, in fact, using drugs, but that the officers sexually harassed her. “He slapped my vagina,” she explained in a tweet.
Because she reported it, it has to be investigated, or as Paul Browne, the NYPD chief spokesman said, “As it would with any such allegation, regardless of its credibility, IAB is investigating it.”
But, for the cops’ side of things, the apartment manager says he witnessed the arrest of the former star and indeed noted nothing like sexual harassment going on.
Meanwhile, Bynes said the drug charges were “all lies,” tweeting, “Don’t believe the reports about me being arrested. It’s all lies.”
“I was sexually harassed by one of the cops the night before last which is who then arrested me. He lied and said I threw a bong out th window when I opened the window for fresh air. Hilarious. He slapped my vagina. Sexual harassment. Big deal.”

Her mug shot reveals a shaved-headed blank-faced girl. Later on Saturday she wore a brown wig and when an X17 photographer Tyrone Jackson pulled at a cream-colored scarf over her face, she screamed, “You can’t touch me. Is it the ugly black man? There’s another ugly black man.”
“Ugly black man? Are you racist?” he asked.
“It’s just your face. It’s not a black thing,” said Bynes. “There’s another white one.”
“It doesn’t bother me,” he later said. “She has problems.” Pulling a scarf off a stranger’s face seems demented enough on his part, nevertheless.
Bynes behavior has lately ranged from sending topless pics of herself over Twitter on May 1 to tweeting that she wants rapper Drake to “murder her vagina,” and many think she might suffer some mental problems.
One of her more recent tweets makes you wonder about this.
“Chris Brown Beat You Because You’re Not Pretty Enough” she tweeted to Rihanna. The heartless comment seems unprovoked, and she deleted it. She also tweeted that she wanted to name her dog Rihanna.
Rihanna tweeted in response: Ya see what happens when they cancel Intervention?
Bynes tweeted back, and promptly deleted: “@rihanna unlike ur fugly faced self I don’t do drugs! U need the intervention dog! I met ur ugly face in person! U aren’t pretty u know it!”
