Business-focused law firm Hogan Lovells announced this week that they have brought in three new partners to expand their international arbitration and litigation practices. The three partners, Oliver Armas, Phoebe A. Wilkinson, and Luis Enrique Graham, all come to Hogan Lovells from law firm Chadbourne & Parke. Armas and Graham will be joining the firm’s international arbitration practice, while Wilkinson will join its litigation practice.

Armas was formerly the co-head of the International Arbitration Group at Chadbourne & Parke, where he took on complex domestic and international disputes. He has conducted Foreign Corrupt Practices Act investigations in almost every country in Latin America. Armas will be joining Hogan Lovell’s New York office.
Graham focused on international arbitration, complex civil and commercial litigation and anticorruption regulations while at Chadbourne & Parke, and will continue to do so for Hogan Lovells. Graham will be resident in Mexico City, with a significant presence in the firms’ New York office.

Wilkinson, also joining the New York office, will continue her focus on complex domestic and international disputes with an emphasis on products liability on behalf of pharmaceutical, medical device and consumer appliance manufacturing companies.
