It seems Chris Brown is at it again, if we are to believe a 24-year-old girl who was at the same nightclub Saturday as the addled rapper, and who claims that he pushed her so hard she busted a ligament and may need surgery. The woman, Deanna Gines, tells TMZ that Chris pushed her in the VIP section at Heat Ultra Lounge in Anaheim where he had just performed, that he deliberately and powerfully shoved her to the floor and that she filed a police report over the incident.
The club verifies that such a report for assault was filed by police, but did not disclose names.
Deanna apparently had her ligament torn in her right knee and may need surgery to correct it.
Nicole Perna, Chris’ rep, seems surprised at the allegations, saying, “I’m unaware of the incident, as is Chris’ lawyer and his entire team. He was in a great mood after Powerhouse…none of this makes sense.”
Whether the news is merely exploiting Brown’s reputation for abusing women, or whether in fact it is a fresh expression of that bad tendency, is unclear at this point, though if true it is highly discouraging behavior which Brown might not be able to explain away.
