Baker Hostetler has added pharmaceutical magnate Dr. Lee Rosebush as counsel in their firm’s Washington D.C. office. Rosebush, who is also a registered pharmacist, will join their FDA Practice team, advising on all manner of FDA regulatory procure regarding pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and dietary supplements; and he will do so grounding his counsel on over a decade of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
“Lee is a terrific addition to our FDA team with his experience helping clients navigate medical device and pharmacy law issues,” said Lance L. Shea, leader of Baker Hostetler’s national FDA Practice Team.
His experience begin with his M.B.A. and M.S. in Finance from Indiana University’s Kelly School of Business, after which he grabbed his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, and his Pharm. D. from Purdue University. He then spent over a decade accruing experience working with such companies as Morgan Lewis, who he was with before Baker Hostetler nabbed him.

On the new team he will focus on FDA, regulatory, compliance, and enforcement issues regarding pharmaceuticals, biologics, and medical decides. He will advice on FDA regulatory compliance, including matters of drug naming, clinical trial, marketing, promotion and advertisement, and the approval process.
