Loeb & Loeb has boosted Nichole D. Cortese, who joined the agency in 2008, to senior counsel in their Real Estate Department of their New York office, where she will give special focus to landlords and tenets of commercial leasing transactions. Her broad spectrum of real estate experience is the asset that equips her for her new station.
“Nichole is a talented attorney who brings a great wealth of insight to the work that we do and deep expertise in the New York real estate market,” said Raymond A. Sanseverino, chair of the firm’s Real Estate Department. “Her level of dedication and commitment to excellence in servicing our clients makes her an invaluable member of our team. We are pleased to congratulate her on this accomplishment.”
Cortese started out with her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she was Editor for the Urban Law Journal; since then she gained a range of experience in matters of commercial real estate sales and acquisitions, real estate brokerage and agency agreements, and the assessment of mergers and acquisitions, filling out a working platform to handle everything specific to her specialization as a real estate attorney.
This is consonant with Loeb & Loeb’s practice of selecting focused areas to practice on, and providing attorneys with intense experience in a given area.
