Bae brings with him his wide experience as a shareholder with GreenbergTraurig, where he gained his global expertise representing multinational companies in financial restructuring, cross-border insolvencies, and commercial litigation – taking on both debtors and creditors and a range of bankruptcy cases. And all this was built, ultimately, from his B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany and his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law.

Talansky, meanwhile, was nabbed from Simpson Thatcher & Bartlett LLP, where he had acquired a range of experience where he had advised clients on buy-outs, joint ventures, and public company mergers. This grew from his initial achievement of graduating cum laude from Harvard Law School, and before that, his bachelor’s degree form Columbia University, where he graduated summa cum laude.
