Six partying teens were arrested as they were among hundreds of party goes that trashed a former NFL player’s vacation home. Brian Holloway has authorized Rensselaer County sheriff’s department to bring charges to the teens that wrecked his home. The Labor Day party was attended by 400 teens.
Brian Holloway has charged several people so far. One of those he charged was a homeless youngster he had let live with him and taken into his family. The teen is now accused of organizing and promoting the party. 19 year old Seth Hawk faces “felony charges of burglary and criminal mischief including endangering the welfare of a child and unlawfully dealing with a child. He is also accused of advertising the party and providing alcohol.”
According to Fox News, investigators have sad that the number of people charged could end up in the hundreds as they work through the sheer volume of participants.
Holloway commented, everyone that broke the law, I’m pressing charges against. The parents had a chance and the students had a chance to come forward, and only four did.”
Brian Halloway played offensive tackle for the Raiders and the Patriots in the 1980s. When he posted pictures of the teens partying at his house on his website, some parents were mad. He felt that by asking people to come forward with the truth, that he was accommodating.
Holloway’s house was wrecked and about $20,000 in damage was done to the rural home in Stephentown, near the Massachusetts border. The damage includes holes in the walls and broken windows.
