Morrison & Foerster have truly outdone themselves this time. With the acquisition of Martin Dunn, 20-year veteran with the SEC, they have made one of the greatest hires in the company’s history.

Dunn, meanwhile brings his decades of SEC experience, which began with his undergrad degree from the University of Notre Dame, and continued with his J.D. From American University, Washington College of Law.
Since that time he was won various awards including the Capital Market’s Award, Regularity Simplification Award, and Law and Policy Award. Clearly hard working, a trail of honors and respect have characterized his entire career.
At the SEC, Dunn was supervisor over the Corporation Finance Divisions’ Offices of Chief Counsel, as well as working various other roles, including Chief Accountant and Small Business and Enforcement Liaison. Refusing to be type set or pigeon holed, he always strove for a variety of challenges to increase his power and value as an attorney.
