Jillian Michaels, famous reality weight loss competition trainer cheated and broke the rules on Tuesday night’s episode of ‘The Biggest Loser.’
According to Yahoo, the upside to this wacky madness is that there will be a ‘do-over’ on last week’s competitions’ results. This means that Bob Harper’s Blue Team will keep the immunity it earned last week, while the Red team will bring back Ruben Studdard, who was kicked off the show last week. Studdard is best known from his time on American Idol. Studdard dropped almost 40 pounds on ‘the Biggest Loser,’ but was still ousted. Since then, his total weight loss is at 65 pounds. His return will certainly be applauded by his fans. From his starting weight at 462 pounds, he has already lost 104 pounds. Other competitors on the show have also lost weight, but not as much. Blue Teams’ Matt Hooper lost 21 pounds, Red Team’s Rachel Frederickson lost 18 pounds. White team’s Craig Arrington lost 14 pounds.
Jillian Michaels wants her team to win and so she slipped everyone something to help them. Michaels gave caffeine supplements to each red team member without seeking medical advice. As a result last week’s results were seen as invalid. Jillian did not apologize for her behavior, although she did release a statement.
“I stand by my opinion that a caffeine supplement is significantly healthier than unlimited amounts of coffee. My only regret is that my team….they’re the ones suffering the consequences of my professional opinion.”
