Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP (Cadwalader) announced today that it has promoted six attorneys to the position of Special Counsel at the firm. Cadwalader, which is a leading counselor to global financial institutions and corporations said the attorneys receiving promotion included Brendan D. Delany, Daniel J. Howley, Stephanie Marcantonio, Lambrina Matthews, Christopher G. Milenkevich and Howard Wizenfeld.
Brendan Delany advises clients in energy and commodities transactions, as also in real estate, and financial services and real estate. She is based in Cadawalader’s Washington DC office.
Daniel Howley is a member of the firm’s Antitrust Group at the Washington DC office. He counsels clients on antitrust matters, including litigation, mergers and acquisitions and investigations by the DOJ.
Stephanie Marcantonio advises health care organizations, tax exempt entities and nonprofit companies and organizations on governance, transactional and regulatory matters. She is based at the firm’s New York office. Marcantonio has been mentioned as a Rising Star by New York Super Lawyers for her work in health care, non-profit and corporate governance and compliance.
Lambrina Matthews represents clients in corporate and securities litigation and other complex business litigation matters. She is based in the New York office of the firm.
Christopher Milenkevich is a member of the Corporate Practice in Cadwalader’s New York office.
Howard Wizenfield practices intellectual property law, and works at the law firm’s New York office.
