Just because you are 79 years old, insane and each year progressively worse, and also America’s most notorious killer, doesn’t mean you can’t get a cute 25-year-old girlfriend. A woman known only as “Star” spoke with Rolling Stone saying “I’ll tell you straight up, Charlie and I are going to get married. I take it very seriously. Charlie is my husband. Charlie told me to tell you this.”
Not that Manson exactly corroborated her story. “That’s a bunch of garbage … that’s trash,” said Manson to Rolling Stone. “We’re just playing that for public consumption.”
Why he would “play it” for consumption and then call it trash is a mystery, but then, so is most of what comes out of Manson’s mouth.
The young woman, nevertheless, seems as serious as a heart attack about her love for “Charlie.” The two began their correspondence when she was only 19. Since then, she has begun such websites as “Release Charles Manson Now,” which states that
We KNOW Charles Manson was not given his rights in a court of law, and that he has been illegally incarcerated by the California Department of Corrections for the past 40 years. This blatant injustice will no longer be tolerated. Thousands of people around the world understand that Manson has been illegally tried in and by the media. He is obviously a political prisoner.

Clearly somewhere on the spectrum herself, she carved an X in her forehead to match Charlie’s swastika. Though lifers are denied conjugal visits, this would be Manson’s third wife. As it is, they spend hours together on the weekends.
