It has taken Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore, almost a year to make their divorce final. Almost two years after Demi Moore had announced her marriage to Ashton Kutcher was over, the couple had yet to make it official. Thousands of Ashton Kutcher fans will be rejoicing! But hold your hats ladies, former fellow co-star Mila Kunis is on the scene, so it is likely Ashton won’t be too single for too long.

According to the legal document, the parties, Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore, have entered into a written agreement regarding their property. Kutcher, of That 70’s Show fame, and wife, Moore were married on Sept. 24, 2005. Neither party will be awarded spousal support, reports E! !News. Submitted to an L.A. court recently, the final papers were signed by Kutcher on November 14, 2013 and by Demi Moore on November 6, 2013.

Kutcher, 34, who was born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Moore, 50, is best known for the 1990 film she starred in Ghost, the highest-grossing film of that year, which brought her a Golden Globe nomination. They were together for eight years; they married in September 2005, despite a well-documented and publicized 16-year age difference. The wedding was attended by about 150 close friends and family of the couple, including ex-husband, Bruce Willis.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon finalized the couple’s split on Tuesday, according to The New York Post. The 35-year-old actor and 51-year-old actress have officially ended their marriage and are both legally single, E! News confirms. The former couple has no children together. Demi Moore is the mother of three daughters from her second marriage to actor Bruce Willis. Ashton Kutcher was her third husband. Huffington Post reports that Ashton Kutcher, the former Calvin Klein model, has since publicly moved on with his former “That ’70s Show” co-star Mila Kunis, who played Jackie Burkhart on the show. The actress also mastered the role of Meg Griffin on the animated sitcom Family Guy Seth MacFarlane created for Fox.
