Ray, according to Buzzfeed, can be described as a bit of a lush. So his friends came up with an elaborate prank to try and convince their alcoholic friend to stop drinking and driving and to teach him a lesson about his drunk driving, all the while opening his eyes to his drinking problem in general. Ray has 5 DUI’s… and they are trying to prevent his 6th, save lives AND knock some sense into him.
Ray passed out in his truck from drinking, which is when his friends decided they needed to intervene in order to potentially save his life or someone else’s life. His friends built a fake hospital room and placed him in it. They changed an office into a makeshift hospital room, they wore medical gowns, and then they proceeded to tell their friend he was waking up from a ten-year coma. Quiet, and in total shock, Ray awoke to a “Doctor” at his bedside who told him that the year was 2023. Next he was shown a phony newscast which revealed Hilary Clinton as President of the United States.
Ray became erratic when he realized the situation was an elaborate prank and that he had been set up.
After 5 DUI’s you would think a person would have learned their lesson – don’t drink and drive. Not this guy, whose friends agree and decided to prank him into thinking he was in a coma for ten years because of his lush mistakes!
