Andrew Frey, 37, of Beaverton, Oregon was arrested and charged with public indecency, resisting arrest and theft of services when police say Frey admitted to Marion County Sheriffs that he took the drug Methamphetamine.
Police said Frey told them he took the drug on Saturday and continued partying on for the weekend. He was tracked down by authorities Sunday afternoon after Frey refused to pay a locksmith he called to his home, then went to shopping mall where he was thrown off the property.
Frey then went on to Iggy’s Bar & Grill, where he took a seat and decided to expose himself to a bartender. He allegedly started to play with himself. He got up from his chair, entered the bathroom, and continued to masturbate.
The police were called. There were a few attempts to arrest Frey and even a Taser gun was used, but the deputy officer and Frey got into a fight. The officer tried to radio for assistance but the radio didn’t work inside the restaurant. A dispatcher tried to communicate with the deputy and noticed they weren’t hooked up so the dispatcher radio for support and 15 officers arrived at the bar. It took several officers to subdue Frey and handcuff him.
According to the Marion County Sheriff’s office, Frey said he couldn’t remember the obscene incident and really didn’t remember anything after taking the drug. He was treated at a local hospital and booked on charges.
