Early Thursday morning, Justin Bieber was arrested for DUI, drag racing, driving with an expired license and resisting arrest, without violence. Again in the media’s target for misbehaving, Justin’s fans are doing a tailspin as their hero moves in between a rock and a hard place.

Bieber was arrested in Miami Beach early Thursday morning, just after leaving the Set nightclub, according to TMZ. Law enforcement mentioned that they had believed that Justin was under the influence of both drugs and alcohol when he was pulled over driving a yellow Lamborghini.

He blew a .04. That wouldn’t have made him a drunk driver if he was 21 or older, but because Florida has a zero tolerance for underage drinking, a BAC result of .02 or higher will guarantee an automatic license suspension.

The police report obtained by TMZ said Bieber was reeking of alcohol and had bloodshot eyes. He was defiant and was yelling obscenities at the police as soon as he was stopped.

Bieber exited his vehicle, and “kept going in his pockets.” The police asked him to put his hands on the vehicle and initially he did, but he took his hands off the car, turned around and started yelling and cursing at the officer. The officer grabbed his arm and when Justin pulled his arm away, he was arrested and transported to jail. The police report also read that Bieber was driving between 55 and 60 in a 30 mph residential zone. For employment in Florida Law Enforcement, click here.
