Fans rejoice; Justin Bieber is out of jail. He was both drunk and high on various substances when caught street racing sports cars in a residential zone. Police noticed he was completely out of it and breathalized him. He blew .014 and .011, well below the legal limit. That amount is too low for authorities to suspend the license for an underage driver. The world’s richest teenager, Justin Bieber however, does not have a Florida license.
Miami Beach Police Chief Raymond Martinez reported to the Miami Herald Roadside sobriety tests showed that Bieber was under the influence of drugs when he was stopped. Bieber was driving a 2013 Lamborghini Gallardo with a group of young men. A police officer certified as a “Drug Recognition Expert” also evaluated Bieber — and concluded that Bieber was driving under the influence of a controlled substance.
Justin Bieber later admitted to smoking marijuana, taking prescription anti-depressants and having had drank a beer or two. The police report stated that Justin Bieber was flushed, in a stupor, smelled of alcohol and was also incoherent. He failed a field sobriety test, miserably, they said. Justin Bieber was charged with drunken driving, resisting arrest and driving without a valid license after police saw the pop star street racing. According to the police report, Justin Bieber asked the police officer who pulled him over just after 4 a.m., “What the f*** did I do? Why did you stop me?” When oh when will Bieber learn?
According to CNN News, 19 year old Justin Bieber was released from a Miami jail an hour after he made a brief appearance through a video link before a Miami judge, who set a “standard” $2,500 bond on Thursday afternoon.
The Ferrari’s driver, identified as 19-year-old Def Jam recording artist Khalil Sharieff, was also arrested on a drunken driving charge, police said. A Miami Beach officer spotted Justin Bieber driving a yellow Lamborghini in a race against the red Ferrari in a residential area of Miami Beach.
