Human steak anyone? Your worst fears have kind of come true. I say “kind of” because normally people don’t even fear this. This is simply just too weird and absolutely from a horror story which could NOT be true. Medium, well-done, rare- no matter how you like your meat, you’d be shocked to hear that a Nigerian hotel was closed down as it was grilling, roasting, and serving hot and fresh crispy but meaty steaks made of human flesh. Human Flesh.
According to the Osun Defender “eleven people were arrested,” at the hotel where two human heads were found marinating waiting to be grilled. Roasted human meat was definitely on the menu. According to Opposing Views, a local commented, “Weapons, including two guns and dozens of rounds of ammunition, were also discovered. We always saw weird people coming and going. Each time I came to market, because the hotel is very close to the market, I always noticed funny movements in and out of the hotel; dirty people with dirty characters always come into the hotel,” a vegetable seller in the area told the Osun Defender. “So, I was not surprised when the police made this discovery.”
One man, a pastor had no idea that he had paid for and had consumer human flesh. He was dismayed and appalled that he was overcharged and deceived into eating human meat. “The workers told me that I ate human flesh, I was shocked, he said. The pastor also mentioned the bill for his human flesh meal was very expensive. Obviously that’s the worst part of all this — the price tag associated with human meat.
