A Virginia grandmother and her daughter in-law are saying a receipt given to them at Burger King had a vulgar insult on it.
According to CBS affiliate, WTVR-TV, a photo was published of a receipt given to the grandmother at the drive-thru window on Saturday, it read that their order customer name was, “B***h A** Hoes.” The grandmother said the manager on duty apologized when he found out about the receipt incident, but didn’t refund their meal. In the past, Burger King has seen it’s share of troubles with receipts. In a California Burger King, two employees were fired when they printed “F**k you,” on a receipt in 2010.
“At Burger King Corp., we have great respect for all of our guests and customer service is a top priority every day at Burger King restaurants,” a spokesman for the company told The Huffington Post in an email. ” Burger King Corp. has recently been made aware of a photo that shows an alleged receipt from a franchise-owned and operated restaurant that does not comply with our customer service policy. We are working with the franchise, who is investigating the matter, to determine the origins of this photo.”
