The law firm of Dentons Canada LLP is happy to announce 46 lawyers have joined the firm’s office in Montreal, Toronto and Calgary from Heenan Blaikie LLP.

Our newly announced partners and counsel are: Wendy Del Mul (counsel) and Allen Garson (partner) are joining Dentons’ Corporate group in Toronto; Kenneth Kraft (partner) and John Salmas (partner) are joining Dentons’ In solvency group in Toronto; and Tommaso Nanci (counsel) joins Dentons’ Infrastructure/P3 group in Montreal.
11 additional associates joined Dentons Canada. In Montreal, Audrey Myette (Tax) and Lampros Stougiannos (Infrastructure/P3); in Toronto, Jayme Alter (Entertainment), Andrew Bourns (Business Law), Liane Fong (Business Law); Radha Kholsa (Financial Services), Michael Shedletsky (Entertainment), Larry Nevsky (Tax) and Rahim Suleiman (Business Law); and in Calgary, Darryl Douglas (Energy Transactions) and Danielle Mayhew (Corporate Securities).
Dentons has also hired incoming summer and incoming articling students from Heenan Blaikie. The global communication with Denton became effective in March 2013 and has engaged in a recruitment campaign to enhance key practices and enhance the firm’s client services.
