The law firm of Perkins Coie has announced via a press release that it has added Paul H. Cohen at its office in New York. Cohen will work as a partner in the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice. Cohen comes to Perkins Coie from Thompson & Knight, also in New York.

Cohen has experience with arbitration cases for clients on national and foreign matters. He has helped clients with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, U.S. Trade Sanctions and the U.K. Bribery Act implementation. Cohen has worked on cases in the jurisdiction of the United States Department of Justice, the Office of Foreign Assets Control, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Autorité des Marchés Financiers in France and the U.K. Financial Services Authority.

Cohen will serve as the co-chair with partner Steve Koh for the International Arbitration sub-group.
