Playboy Sued by Model Elizabeth Dickson for being Hit with Golf Club

Playboy Enterprises and a co-host of the Playboy Morning Show have been sued by a model for reportedly striking the model in the butt with a golf club, according to CBS Los Angeles. The morning show is simulcast on cable TV and radio.

The complaint was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court by Elizabeth Dickson. The complaint alleges negligence and battery. Dickson is suing for $500,000 plus punitive damages, according to a report from TMZ. Playboy has not commented on the lawsuit.

Dickson claims she was invited to the Playboy Golf Finals at Industry Hills Golf Club on March 30, 2013. She was invited to help the Playboy Playmates host the event.

The complaint states that Dickson agreed to have a photograph taken of her while she laid on her stomach “with her buttocks partially exposed.” This was done so co-host Kevin Klein could hit a golf ball off a tee that was in-between Dickson’s butt cheeks.

Klein missed the tee and “struck plaintiff on the buttocks, causing her injuries and damages,” the suit states.

The lawsuit claims that Dickson suffered from worrying, pain, suffering and anxiety because of the injuries she sustained. This is a pretty interesting case. Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
