Loeb & Loeb LLP has announced that Jae Chul Lee (J.C.) joins the firm’s Hong Kong affiliate Pang & Co., in the Capital Markets Department as a partner. Lee comes from DLA Piper, Hong Kong where he was a partner.

Lee will embody many Korean companies and financial institutions in a wide range of financial and corporate transactions, including acquisitions and mergers, oil and energy investments, initial public offerings, corporate reorganizations, project finance and secure and unsecured lending matters. He focuses on debt capital markets transactions involving issuers from Korea, Hong Kong and China.
