4 Reasons to Post Legal Jobs on Granted

If you are looking to fill a legal position at your company, whether it is for an attorney, legal writer, administrative assistant or paralegal, it can be difficult deciding where to post the jobs. Here are some reasons to choose Granted for your next job opening.

1.       Jobs are Posted on Multiple Sites

With most job posting websites, the job you post only goes to that site and no others. However what makes Granted different, is that one job posting goes to over 30 different job sites at the same time. This is really increasing your exposure and improving your chances of getting the attention of an excellent job candidate. It also saves you time and money by going to the different sites with one step.

2.       Organizing Candidates

If you have ever posted legal jobs elsewhere, you might realize how many responses you get, and how difficult it is to organize all the responses. With the user-friendly interface provided on Granted, it is easy to track everyone who applies for the job posting, sends you their resume, or resumes you are viewing of suitable candidates. This is also helpful if a candidate doesn’t fit this job, but another opening you may have in the future.

3.       Allow Multiple User Access

Granted also provides you the opportunity to add multiple users for adding and managing job postings. If you want to have your assistant or human resources department help you with job postings and going through resumes or applications, you can do so by adding them as another user on your Granted account. They give you options for deciding who gets what type of access within your account.

4.       Emails for Job Seekers

Lastly, consider the fact that not only can job seekers find you through the Granted website and other job posting websites, but in email alerts they receive. Each job posting appears in one or more of these emails sent to people based on the criteria they set.
