Mr. Miller has more than 20 years experience with broad-based trial litigation practice by representing owners of closely-held businesses in a wide variety of industries in ownership-related disputes. He will be working out of the firm’s New York office.

Mr. Miller comes from Thompson Hine LLP
He is actively involved in numerous community groups, including serving as a board member of the Bowery Resident’s Committee (“BRC”), a homeless services organization, and as vice president of the New York City Department of Education, Community Education Council, District 2.
Mr. Miller received his BA from Cornell University and his JD, cum laude, from Boston University School of Law. He is permitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the District Court for the Eastern District of New York, and the U.S District for the Southern District of New York.
