Perkins Coie is happy to introduce, Julie L. Hussey as a new partner in the San Diego office, in the Product Liability practice. Hussey comes from DLA Piper in San Diego where she was a partner. She is the fourth partner joining Perkins Coie’s San Diego office this year, along with Tom Millikan, Joe Reid and Laura Zager in February.

Hussey went to the University of Alabama School of Law, where she earned her J.D. and was the lead article writer for The Journal of the Legal Profession and received her undergraduate degree from the Mississippi University for Women. She is a member of the International Association of Defense Counsel, the Defense Research Institute and the Food and Drug Law Institute.
Hussey was also a project manager, volunteer for the Hurricane Katrina Disaster Legal Assistance program and a Hurricane Katrina Legal Volunteer for the Mississippi Center for Justice.
