Haynes and Boone has announced that the law firm has added transactions lawyer Greg Kramer to their New York office. Kramer had previously worked for Haynes and Boone LLP, and has rejoined the law firm’s Capital Markets and Securities Practice Group.
The New York office of the firm is the fastest growing among its 13 U.S. and international locations. To sustain the growth, the firm had recently signed the lease of additional space at the Rockefeller center complex, which houses the firm’s New York office.
Haynes and Boone is ranked among the largest law firms in the nation by The National Law Journal and has been named winner of a 2013 Thomas L. Sager Diversity Award by the Minority Corporate Counsel Association. The firm has offices in Texas, New York, California, Washington, D.C., Rio de Janeiro, Shanghai and Mexico City.

Kramer represents issuers and investors in various transactions including securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, venture capital, secured lending and structured finance. He also advises investors in numerous transactions including private equity investments, establishing managed accounts and various investment strategies such as merger arbitrage, investor activism and other event driven programs.
Kramer received his JD from Fordham University School of Law and Bachelor of Arts from New York University.
