The law firm of Vinson & Elkins has announced that attorney Walter Stuart is returning to the firm as a partner in the Houston office, according to a press release from the firm.
Stuart work for Vinson & Elkins for 21 years before he joined

The law firm made a name for itself in energy litigation and for its environmental practice. The firm is also known for its appellate practice, its experience with mergers & acquisitions, as well as white collar and antitrust litigation. Jim Thompson is the leader of the firm’s Global Litigation & Regulatory Department. Thompson said, “We are excited to have Walter rejoin us.
