The law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP announced via a press release this week that Erica K. Rocush joined the office in Phoenix as a partner.
Rocush has a practice that focuses on employment litigation as she represents clients on breach of contract, employee discrimination, policy drafting and training and employee accommodation claims. She also counsels clients regarding wage and hour and collective actions that involve misclassification of employees.
“Erica is a great compliment to our expanding regional footprint and to our growing team in Phoenix,” said Timothy McCulloch and Stephen Tully, Co-Partners-in-Charge of Hinshaw’s Phoenix office. “Erica’s experience will boost our labor and employment capabilities and will help guide clients on a growing number of regional and national regulations.”
Rocush becomes the fifth lawyer to join the office in Phoenix since the month of March.
Rocush said, “Hinshaw’s full range of practice areas to provide legal solutions to my clients were attractive to me. I am excited to join such a stellar team of attorneys and further Hinshaw’s abilities in the labor and employment space.”
Rocush earned her B.A. from DePauw University and her law degree from University of Arizona Rogers College of Law. Rocush is fluent in French and Spanish.
