A dildo is not the sort of gift one should ask be returned. Nevertheless, Kid Rock has been subpoenaed to do just that, to present a glass dildo as evidence in a case filed against Insane Clown Posse. Former ICP employee and plaintiff against them Andrea Pellegrini has hoisted 86 counts against her former employers, and, regarding the glass dildo, against “Dirty Dan,” also known as Dan Diamond, a former ICP employee.
Pellegrini claims Diamond presented the dildo to her as a gift, and hence the court is seeking it as evidence. Dan also is alleged to have described his penis at length to her, telling her he had “a fat…” one, and also stated his desire to “fuck the shit out of her.”
Pellegrini worked for ICP records as a publicist between 2009 and 2012 before being fired. She has since filed suit this August in Oakland County Circuit Court, bringing up complaints wider than sexual harassment, including ICP’s request she deceive the U.S. Department of Labor in their investigation, and also that she provide automatic weapons for a video shoot.
Meanwhile, it is uncertain if Kid Rock actually did receive the glass dildo in question (described as a “work of art” by Diamond). Neither Kid Rock nor his agent were available to answer questions, and it isn’t even confirmed that he has received the subpoena let alone how he will respond to it.
