CTIC Faculty Director Christopher S. Yoo said:
“Jeff is a perfect fit for the Center. He has a unique background that blends academic and professional experience in the fields of the law and technology, and he will help CTIC expand relationships across Penn, and with policy makers and legal and industry professionals.”
The main goal of the CTIC is to promote research that can shape the way scholars, legislators and regulatory authorities think about intellectual property, technology policy and privacy.
