Susan E. Wells earned her law degree from Brooklyn Law School. Her practice includes multiple facets of business matters, including mergers and acquisitions leases, financings, contracts, corporate governance, choice of business entity, regulatory compliance, day-to-day operations, joint ventures, and leases. Wells also enjoys serving as “general counsel” for clients who do not have attorneys or need to supplement in-house capabilities.
