Brown and Esteban Morales have joined the firm in the Los Angeles office, according to a release from the firm.
Both will work in the corporate litigation group. They come from DLA Piper and will work with Joshua Briones and Ana Tagvoryan.
Brown focuses his practice on complex corporate litigation regarding data breach suits, consumer and privacy class action defense, business torts, corporate compliance, telecommunications and information technology and breach of contract and fraud disputes.
He has experience with labor and employment issues and commercial real estate litigation. He is admitted to the California bar and earned his law degree from Chapman University School of Law. He earned his B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Morales’s practice is centered around complex commercial litigation involving the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, consumer class action lawsuits, the California Invasion of Privacy Act, e-discovery disputes, securities, trade secrets, business torts, tax issues and labor and employment matters.
Morales earned his B.A. from Brandeis University and his law degree from the UCLA School of Law. Morales is also admitted to the bar in the state of California.
