Summary: There are in-house banking positions available in Albany, New York.
Banking attorneys handle various issues that involve the regulation of banks, bank officials, and even non-bank institutions that offer bank services. These laws vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, but there are many issues that all banking attorneys deal with, such as credit card agreements and services, state laws that protect consumers, and protection against discrimination in the allocation of credit.
