Ruckelshaus has represented clients regarding product liability, arbitration, mass tort, construction, professional negligence, consumer fraud, malpractice, toxic tort, mediations and financial services.

Ruckelshaus said, “I was drawn to Blank Rome for the opportunity to further expand the Firm’s life sciences practice with a special focus on Hatch-Waxman Paragraph IV litigation.
