1. This month I got a few new “Spa” items in my DoTerra order. One of them is the DoTerra invigorating scrub, which is AMAZING. I mean, wow. Not only does it feel good and exfoliate, but they aren’t joking about the invigorating part. Made with grapefruit and peppermint oils, it really does wake you up and is perfect to use in your morning shower!
2. My lovely friend, Sarah, has turned me onto adding a pump of Pumpkin Spice Syrup to my coffee. Not only is it delicious, but it really gets me in the mood for fall. My favorite is Dunkin Donuts Dark Roast with Pumpkin Spice and Almond Milk! Starbucks needs to step up and get some almond milk going…
3. I am loving a new concealer I bought a couple months ago: Revlon Photo Ready Concealer. It’s so easy to put on and it has worked really well for me.

4. WOOOHOOOO PIYO! I’m not going to lie, the first couple weeks wasn’t a love story. It felt a little boring and repetitive so I tended to skip workouts or do Tone It Up workouts instead. But I really recommitted to it and now that we’re getting into harder stuff it’s so challenging! Every morning I think – I can’t do this again after yesterday, and then I surprise myself and do it!
5. My old laptop (a Sony Vaio) officially died back in early July, so I’d been computerless for almost three months when I finally bought my Macbook Pro (with help from parents and a payment plan… I am a temp worker right now after all). I’d always wanted one and I’m SO glad I made the switch! It’s perfect for what I need right now and I love how it syncs with my phone!
6. All things plaid. I really want a plaid shirt that’s long enough to wear with leggings… ideas?
6. SO EXCITED FOR REFRESH SUMMIT!!!! Back when I went to Blend in June, I told Brittany that I would go to Refresh in November, and I can’t believe it’s almost here!
