Donelan joins the firm from DLA Piper. She represents clients in domestic and foreign corporation regarding areas of employment law compliance, wrongful termination, wage and hour class and collective actions, discrimination, wrongful termination, trade secret disputes, harassment and fiduciary breaches.

Donelan is a member of the advisory board for A Vision of Health, which is a nonprofit group that provides mobile mammography and women’s health education to communities in Los Angeles County.

Donelan earned her law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and her Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is admitted to practice law in North Carolina and California.

Berman joins the firm from Wisler Pearlstine LLP. Berman represents clients regarding employee discipline and day-to-day issues.

Berman earned her law degree from Villanova University School of Law and her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland. She is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
