The law firm of BakerHostetler has announced via a press release that Jeffry W. Duffy joined the firm as counsel. He will work in the Philadelphia office of the firm and joins from the United States Department of State.
While with the Department of State, Duffy served as a Foreign Service Officer in East Asia.
Duffy has worked in complex commercial and civil litigation regarding appeals and insurance coverage.
Carl Hittinger, the partner and litigation coordinator at the firm’s Philadelphia officer, said, “I am pleased to welcome Jeff to our expanding high-stakes litigation practice in Philadelphia. Jeff’s addition to our diverse team of trial lawyers will complement the firm’s international experience and benefit our clients.”

Duffy earned his a diploma from the London School of Economics and Political Science in Economics.
He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania in English and his law degree from Harvard Law School.
