The law firm of Blank Rome LLP announced via a press release on Wednesday that it has added John S. Kiely to the firm in its New York office. He will work as an associate in the Trusts & Estates practice group.
Kiely comes to Blank Rome from the Law Offices of John O. McManus. At his former firm, Kiely worked as an associate.
Kiely has experience representing clients regarding estate administration, complex estate planning and other related issues.
He has litigated claims involving undue influence, testamentary capacity, post-mortem reformation of wills and breach of fiduciary duty.
Kiely is admitted to practice law in Connecticut, New York, Florida and New Jersey. He earned his LL.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law and his law degree from Fordham University School of Law.
Kiely worked as a legal extern for the Honorable Anita Florio of the Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department of New York.
Kiely holds a bachelor’s degree in History from Washington & Lee University.
