Lisl J. Dunlop has joined Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP as a partner in the firm’s Antitrust group in the New York office, according to a press release on Monday. Dunlop joins the firm after spending time at Shearman & Sterling, LLP.
Dunlop has more than 20 years of experience handling issues in media, healthcare and technology surrounding litigation, antitrust counseling and transactions. She has advised clients regarding joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and sales and distribution issues.
“Lisl has a sophisticated practice, working with large, global clients on bet-the-company matters,” said William T. Quicksilver, Manatt’s chief executive officer and managing partner. “Her deep legal experience in the U.S. and abroad strengthens our transactional capabilities and our ability to provide strategic counsel to clients conducting business here and across borders. Dunlop earned her B.Sc. and LL.B. from the University of Sydney and her LL.M. from Cornell University Law School. Dunlop is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia, New York, Australia and England and Wales.
