She entered a non guilty plea and posted her $84,000 bail.

She has been accused of performing oral sex on the boy after introducing herself to him on Instagram, according to WBAL.
According to the court documents, Shattuck would pick the boy up from summer school multiple times in July and drive to a parking garage. The issue came to light on Labor Day weekend at a Bethany Beach rental home.
Shattuck’s rental home was filled with kids, including the victim. The two went to a liquor store to buy alcohol and then returned home.
According to the documents, Shattuck performed oral sex on the boy and that, “if he wanted to have sex she would. The boy opted out. He decided to leave. At that point, she told him to come back later but he did not go back.”
Investigations could also open in Baltimore County and Howard County in the near future based on the outcome of the investigation in Delaware.
