Gregory will be a partner in the firm’s Employee Benefit and Executive Compensation practice in the New York office. He comes to the firm from Proskauer Rose LLP.

Gregory centers his practice around equity compensation, structuring employment agreements, performance incentives, change in control protections, deferred compensation, severance and separation arrangements, management participation in buyouts and new ventures

Gregory earned his LL.M. in Taxation from the New York University School of Law and his law degree from the University of Chicago Law School.
