Summary: A set of twins decided it would be best to come out to their parents at the same time and they recorded the entire conversation on video.
We have come across a video featuring twin brothers coming out to their parents at the same time. This is absolutely incredible, especially when you get to see and hear the mother’s response.
Adam and Luke set the scene at the beginning of the video for the viewers and then move to the kitchen, where mom and dad are.
Prior to moving to the kitchen, Luke discusses how his parents know he is gay, or at least have an idea that he is gay. On the other hand, the parents have no idea about Adam.
In fact, mom and dad would even ask Adam if he knew Luke was gay. All of it came to a head when the twins came out to their parents together.
Part of the conversation between Luke and his mother from after the reveal went as follows:
Luke: I just don’t want it to drive like a wedge between the family. You know?
Mother: Well you know what, Luke, if it does, hun, that’s their choice. It’s their choice. It cannot be your worry or your burden, but you can’t live your life for someone else.
