Summary: Four shareholders have been added to four offices of Ogletree Deakins in the United States and in Germany.
The law firm of Ogletree Deakins has announced that it added new shareholders in their offices located in San Diego, Indianapolis, Portland and Berlin, according to a release from the firm.
The shareholders include Patricia (Patti) Perez in San Diego, Patricia Beaty in Indianapolis, Lorne Dauenhauer in Portland, Ore., and Dr. Ulrike Conradi in Berlin.
“We look forward to 2015 as we continue to strategically build our presence in order to serve our clients’ needs wherever located,” said Kim Ebert, managing shareholder of Ogletree Deakins. “All of these shareholders offer a depth of experience and knowledge in key areas and markets important to our clients.”

Perez joins the firm after forming Puente Consulting in 2001, which focused on human resources and employment law. She was named to the Fair and Employment Housing Commission in California in 2008, serving until 2011. She was then appointed to the Fair and Employment Housing Council in 2013, which succeeded the commission. Perez was named to these posts by both a Democratic Governor and Republican Governor.
Perez earned her law degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Law.
Beaty comes to the firm from Krieg DeVault LLP.

Dauenhauer joins the firm after a stint at Lane Powell. He worked there as a shareholder as well. He was also in charge of the Employee Benefits Practice Group. He earned his law degree from Lewis and Clark College’s Northwestern School of Law.
Dr. Conradi comes to the firm from Baker & McKenzie
