Andrew E. Schultz has joined Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP as a partner in the firm’s Real Estate and Land Use practice, according to a press release from the firm.
Schultz will work in the New york office and joins from Debevoise & Plimpton, LLP.
He brings more than 20 years of experience in sales, leasing, joint ventures, acquisitions, financings and real estate investment funds.

His practice focuses on the development, financing and acquiring of office buildings, shopping centers, multifamily projects, warehouses and mixed-use developments for insurance companies, private equity funds, public agencies, commercial banks, developers and pension fund managers.
