Summary: The law firm of DLA Piper has announced that four partners have joined the firm’s office in New York as members of the firm’s employment practice.
It was announced by DLA Piper today that Eric Wallach, Brian Kaplan, Joseph Piesco and Daniel Turinsky have joined the firm in the New York office as members of the Employment practice as partners, according to a release from the firm.
The partners have experience handling client issues involving negotiation, consulting, drafting employment agreements, drafting severance agreements, litigation prevention, counseling, anti-harassment training, internal compliance audits and arbitration.

Their clients include corporate boards, employers, and special committees involved in internal investigations surrounding misconduct. Their clients are found in the banking, apparel, investment management, retail, entertainment, marketing, advertising, media, industrial and manufacturing sectors.

The partners come from Kasowitz Benson Torres & Friedman LLP.

Wallach will work as the chair of the firm’s employment practice in New York.
Both Wallach Kaplan earned their law degrees from Harvard Law School.
