Summary: The law firm of Brown Rudnick has added three new partners to its office in New York.
It was announced today that Alex Lipman, Ashley L. Baynham and Todd J. Emmerman have all joined Brown Rudnick LLP as partners, according to a release from the firm.
Lipman and Baynham will work in the firm’s White Collar Defense & Government Investigations group in New York. Emmerman will work in the firm’s Corporate Practice group in New York.
Lipman is a former Branch Chief in the Enforcement Division of the SEC prior to moving into private practice. He has also worked as a Special Assistant United States Attorney on the Securities and Commodities Fraud Task Force at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.

Lipman earned his law degree from New York University School of Law.
Baynham has worked as a Special Assistant Attorney General at the Office of Attorney General for the District of Columbia.
She earned her law degree from the Northwestern University School of Law.

Emmerman comes to the firm from Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, where he served as the chair of the firm’s Corporate Practice from 2007-2014.
