L. Kevin Sheridan Jr. has joined Mayer Brown LLP in New York as a partner in the Corporate & Securities Practice, according to a press release from the firm.
In 2013 and 2014, Sheridan worked as the co-leader of the global corporate group at Bingham McCutchen.

Sheridan brings more than 25 years of experience to the firm in transactional issues. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate matters involving United States and multinational companies.
