Krewson and Morley have represented clients in labor and employment matters nationwide, and bring a wealth of knowledge regarding these practices to Littler.

Krewson has represented corporations in discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and other such employment claims. She has also advised and defended employers of various sizes in cases arising under both state and federal law. Additionally, she has represented clients in Equal Employment Opportunity claims, and has appeared before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Ohio Civil Rights Commission. She also counsels companies on preventative measures.

Krewson regularly participates in speaking engagements on employment law at both the local and the national level. She is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, as well as its Women in Law and Labor and Employment Law Sections. Further, she is a member of DRI and its Labor and Employment and Women in Law Groups.

The firm will move 275 administrative jobs to Kansas City.

Krewson commented, “Littler’s reputation both locally and nationally for providing outstanding labor and employment legal service is impressive. Furthermore, the firm’s deep commitment to diversity and inclusion was extremely appealing. Being part of an organization that truly understands the importance of creating a culture that values all different backgrounds and perspectives is essential. I look forward to collaborating with the firm’s female and diverse attorneys to provide the best legal solutions for clients.”

Krewson earned her law degree from Case Western Reserve University and her B.A. from Bowling Green State University.

Morley has many years of experience in employee hiring; discipline and termination; wage and hour matters; and issues involving various types of discrimination. Further, Morley has represented clients in labor negotiations, unfair labor practices, grievance arbitrations and also provides supervisory and management training. He has represented both franchisors and franchisees in labor and employment cases. His clients have included employers in the manufacturing, restaurant, and gaming industries.

Morley remarked, “Littler is the most recognized labor and employment firm in the world. Its depth of substantive resources, vast network of subject-matter experts, expansive geographic footprint and unparalleled approach to innovation are among the qualities that attracted me to Littler. I am excited to be part of a firm that will give me an expanded platform to serve the wide-ranging needs of employers.”

Morley graduated cum laude from Quinnipiac University School of Law and earned his undergraduate degree from Miami University.
